UPDATE:  Fruit Tree Planting Project has its own website.

The project to plant Fruit Trees in public spaces organised by Judith Holtebrinck and the Mt Eden Village People has been growing over the last year and half and its confirmed that 131 fruit trees will be planted on Auckland City council land mid 2010.

With the coming changes of the Auckland wide council, the Action Plan previously posted is no longer a viable approach to planting fruit trees on council land so has been removed.  However, new plans have been created and the Tree Planting project now has its own website.
